…but we ARE hot! Our teeny tiny town has been going through a horrible series of hot flashes lately — on the Sunday the Fourth, the temperatures were up in the nineties! And let me tell you, marching was a terror. Even today, I was volunteering at a farmer's market, and we were outside for only about two hours; by the time we were done, we were drenched in sweat! Ugh! Anyway, this is not a happy subject for a fashion blog. Fashionable people don't sweat, right? In this mini-photoshoot, Ann Marie and I went out for an iced mocha at the local coffee shop, The Root (formerly known as Phoenix). We dressed up, but by the time we got home, we had to throw off all our clothes and just be happy in our shorts and t-shirts. Let's hope for cooler weather!
